2016 Operational outlook in quarterly report: 
" Capital expenditures in 2016 include the installation of a Mega Diamond Recovery circuit for a total investment of between $15 million to $18 million"

IMO: They would not spend this type of coin if they didn't believe there were many more
Mega exceptional diamonds
just waiting to be uncovered from the south lobe....

Lamb is very conservative in his 2016 outlook ..... don't be surprised if next year at this time
we see the 2016 results of over $400 million in sales   (including sale of 1100 and 813 carat stones) I think the only thing that restricts revenues is if they decide to keep many stones off the market for sale in 2016 . (60,000 carats on the shelf as of end of December 2015)
