Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

Most likely it means that the $250 floor is not in the new off-take agreements, so the lines had to be taken out of the 43-101 reports in order to keep them current. There should be some indication of the new off-take conditions in the upcoming Q1 report.
