It is a very complicated financing deal considering all the economic uncertainty. That is no different then BHP's board not approving Jansen as per the link below. The deal was contingent on construction, so if GSFC thinks it is more prudent to wait, then better luck with Mg. No Pilot Plant so does the main Mag player confident enough in the market to invest $50 mm and finance the balance. If not, went does it all change. Those would seem to be the big questions on where the future lies?
