RE:RE:Let Me Be the First To Say...Not only that, but this interpretation is based on the "park" boundries and not an official analysis as to whether or not the area is actually considered Paramo based on its current state. In EOM's case, they commission there own study on a scale much more detailed that the governments "hey, let's just throw the boundries up here and make some exceptions where we feel like it approach. Based on EOM's study, their land was not considered Paramo, even though a large portion of it wound up within the boundries. To my knowledge, no such study or analysis has been done on Vetas. Given that it has been mined for so long via archaic methods, I find it hard to believe that their land fits the description of true Paramo.
