RE:RE:Forget arbitration         International Trade Laws do not operate under prejudical ruling by any Constitutional Court in ANY individual Country.  Eco just will not be allowed to take action within the Colombian Court system ONLY, Eco wouldn't attempt that route anyway so a moot point.  Thanks Dansul, you are right.
