Well I went back and had asked IR as to whom are all the registered insiders and what were their share positions and nobody was listed that could have the number of shares that Anon has been selling.

So you may be correct that it could possibly be whomever filled that financing...so they could be financing shares....but it seems to me that the shareprice is being forced down....if it was simply a matter of getting what little money they could...it could just be dumped out...

Could it be that Anon is just shorting the crappola out of the stock?  Could be, but I'm not really convinced of the benefit at this stage either...crushing the stock to oblivion has repercussions if you want it to gain in the future.....guess we'll have to wait to see if a financing gets completed and if so what the results are....it's anyones guess.

Financing is the key....and so far the people betting that its not going to happen is winning....we need some major buyers to come in and clean up this over hang of stock.
