RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SEDI: Recent insider transactions for Integra Gold Corp.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SEDI: Recent insider transactions for Integra Gold Corp.Tabman, that's could be a good reason for selling some shares. Sometimes, people, including insiders, just wanted some cash to buy shoes, iPhones, etc...for kids, wives, husbands, especially if they have wts and options which are in-the-money (e.g. exercise price @ $0.20) to back the sale of stocks at $0.40/s. There may be reasons for selling the shares directly, tax losses against other gains. May be the individual does not want to raise cash to exercise his options or wts. Who knows?

>>>Saint2709, it would be worth while to provide the reference for your statement: "That's why I'm asking, everyone's talking about gold we don't even have! Referred and indicated, while our CEO is selling out!!! At a loss?", particularly the bit about "At a loss", so that the discussion could be more focused, e.g. how much was the loss?

It should be noted that Stockmaster989 has posted relevant information on the holdings, in shares, opts ..., of the two ICG execs, and I would agree with him that if these two execs decided to liquidate everything (which is quite substantial) then there would be reasons for concerns. But if they exercise some wts or opts @ $0.20 to sell shares at $0.40, then it should be fine, since people do need some cash for a variety of reasons.
Also, it should be noted that even though ICG has not cranked out any gold bars on the ground, but it has quite a bit of the good stuff in the ground (it's real Au down there). In Lamaque South alone, the latest resource is of the order 2Moz Au and expanding. The inferred amount is backed up by their extensive drill program. So, the inferred amount would be upgraded to indicated when ICG has the next update for its resources. 2M ozAu for a small company, even if the stuff is in the ground, is nothing to sneeze at.

During the last 3 months, large profitable companies like G (quite sensitive to POG) has its shares appreciated by more than 50% due to the run-up of the POG. Without any gold bars coming out of that shiny mill, ICG did not match that , but an increase of about 33% is not too shabby.

Most of us here are probably looking for at least x2 from the current level, say just shy of $1.00, (better x5, or around $2) before cashing out?
