She certainly makes a good ambassador for legalisation... but I don't agree with the "God given right" of dispensaries to keep going. Yes they were pionneers but at a certain point you have to go legit once the basic fight is won.
The government won't make a system where anyone can grow for sale. I fully agree with the right to grow for oneself but that ends the moment you sell the stuff... The only way to have some sort of control is to control the production otherwise it's a free for all...
I agree that there should be an amnesty from now until cannabis is legalised. The government can direct prosecutors to not prosecute these cases and cops to not arrest people for this offence.
