RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Morguard not buying any time soon!Somebody is buying shares on the cheap,these hotels are not empty they are still making profit with  $30+ oil after expense is all paid out,all our monthly divi and quartly divi was suspended to save the company,as i write this post over 101.7k has been traded,and a big bid is at 68 cents a share,there is a buy rating on Temple.
