RE:Questions?You have taken trading from
January 1, 2016, to Feb. 25, 2016. My summary was from
Jan. 1, 2015, to Feb. 18, 2016 . You've omitted a year's worth of trading.
I do find it not to be unusual for insiders in publicly traded companies to engage in private dispositions, acquisitions and gifting of shares. I presume that these could be tax or estate transactions by insiders. However, they've been reported to Sedi, as is mandated.
You suggested that you calculated that "The Dykes' family private saleand gifting of 5,550,200 shares". The number of shares gifted/privately sold on my summary is 3,750,000
.

One might presume that private and gift transactions could be estate/tax planning.

Dykes (Geologic) 264,000, L Dykes 1,009,750 and S Dykes 726,450 which totals 2,000,200. This seems strange when total volume was 1,930,484 from Jan. 1 to today? Also I dont quite understand Director Burns abandoning ship with what appears to be a positive financing event. The Dykes' family private saleand gifting of 5,550,200 shares does not seem as a normal practice. Also wish they would disclose who is the California investor is who invested in the silver stream?
