Founders Group  tried to steal the company without their consultation. I really like the quote A TREMENDOUS  COMPANY THAT CONTINUES TO BE UNDERSOLD BY MANAGEMENT.  Why? They have destroyed value for the common shareholders. Use our money to grow and then show us the door. Class Action anyone?
