I'm not an oil guy. My background is finance, which I have been involved in for 50 years. This oil play is a wildcat situation where big money is involved. Mostly other peoples money. And, it appears to me that management is being very cautious. I suspect that's why they have been so successful in raising financing. It does not show sigs of it being a scam. They may not succeed, but it won't be because its a scam
