They know nothing. Nothing more then anyone else.

They have made a bet.

They are betting that they can make money off of 'nervousness' for the next couple of weeks until the Q4 and year end are released. They hope and intend to cover before that news sends cxr back toward where it should be. And where it should be is far higher then this current disinfo based ridiculously low level.
