NR - Both Northair and Pan Am transactions advancing well

Sounds like more consolidation growth is coming soon for the combined Kootenay-Northair company. Perhaps shortly after the deal closes on April 20th. However, there is no rule that stops them from announcing another acquisition prior to close out of the original acquisition (i.e. prior to Kootenay and Northair officially closing off). Although that situation is rare, I have seen it before.
