Well expressed traps7: Don't forget to mention that THO picks up over $100 plus million in the coffers of LSG, plus the bullion on hand, take all that off the price of the offer, not even bringing up the 30% exchange rate on the funds. Plus we're only getting THO paper. Tony's takeover deal for LSG is for Tony & the management of THO's benefit, not the LSG shareholders. Tony literally Fu-ked the long shareholders here & should be up on charges for false statements to the shareholders pertaining to lack of knowledge over any of these obvious events that himself & management were dealing with. A year in the making, really!!! How's that for a "good olde' boy from Timmins". Just needs a 5 min. session behind the wood shed.
