you see any upside here for existing shareholders or just more dilution?

I see a huge upside. Jetlines intially offering was done at .50 cents plus a half warrant. Minimal shares out on their end. When the new company is formed, they will have an opportunity to set the intial share price. With them raising money, and with the insider shareholders paying .50 cents for their shares, I just don't see the intial share price coming out too low. It's going to really upset the Jetlines shareholders if they paid 50 cents for shares and before it's even off the ground, the share price is devalued at ton.

There is no dilution. It's the other way around. There will be 33% less shares of JET outstanding and with only a million or so of shares of the Jetline, the net will be an overall reduction in shares.

I'm hoping the intial offering comes out at .30 cents or higher.
