RE:Cash burn

RE:Cash burnHi Ashcake:

Like yourself I have been a long term investor in SEV being in this stock about as long as you have.

Even though it appears that S7 may need some short term cash I do not think it is a problem whatsoever as the industry is throwing around multi Billions of dollars on projects that may never see the light of day.

The DK2 and DK 1 sold approximately 200,000 units to developers and then was cut off; and Palmer Luckey has intimated that initial sales of the Rift sold out in the first few minuites.

To be prepared for launch I estimate Oculus must have preordered at least enough chips to run 600,000 HDM's. So at $4 per headset that is $2.4 Million in receivables which if need be could be easily financed by any factoring company.

Oculus full launch is about a month away and Vive is soon to follow.and as Nuttall said in his BNN video clip that S7 is in virtually all teathered HMD's

I believe the market for SEV is severely mispriced as opportunities such as this rarely appear in the market.

I expect to be in this market for at least the next several years as I agree most with the projections
published by Goldman Sacks which were posted earlier on these bullboards.

Good luck everyone,

RB
