I would be surprised if anyone working in the field could have a response any different than yours. I also appreciate your level of certainty on the vote results, you've done a nice job of trivializing one of the most complex, lightly regulated, hardly policed and never enforced voting systems imaginable. You know as well as I that the tally of voting results is a reconciliation effort where un-instructed shares can be re-distributed in situations of under or over-voting of the brokerages. Voting in street named shares does muddle it up now, doesn't it. My opinion on this is that an independent audit of such a closely contested vote within such a voting system is not a foregone conclusion as you represent it to be. Good luck and... Cheers, Schaff
