RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Red Eagle Makes Statement About Constitutional Court

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Red Eagle Makes Statement About Constitutional CourtGLW has mostly been considered exempt in the Paramo fight due to the long 400 year history of the Reina mine. It is more likely they are sending a message to the community, government and claim holders that they can and will put Reina on legal ice (there are going to be some hungry residents as business ceases and contracts are declared invalid). Also the possibility of spending money else where is real. It seems to me the department of the environment has some limited niggle room to define boundaries in the context (scrambling and assessing it's own situation right now) of the ruling. That may be all that CBJ and GLW need for this project. MDC has 19% ownership of GLW and of course the massive California deposit and will have some economic clout in the area. They have deep pockets to wait this one out. The smoke will need to clear. All that said the bulk of mining claims with no close marginal border argument or mining history are toast.
