RE:RE:Zack's article and initiation reportBass runs a hedge fund that files drug patent attacks while shorting the stock in question. He's done this a dozen times with limited success as the courts have been continually siding with the drug companies in their decisions. His glorified short attacks have become background noise hence why he's hardly mentioned anymore.
