Petroleum Exploration LicenceExpressions of Interest Rodinia is the owner of two (2) Petroleum Exploration Licences, PEL 81 and PEL 253 in relation to certain land in South Australia. Expressions of Interest are sought regarding assignments of Rodinia's interest in said licences and related matters. Interested Parties are to consider the following: - Outstanding state costs including rehabilitation (est. $635K) and licence fees (est. $52K) - Ministerial and relevant Aboriginal consents for PEL 81, PEL 253 and three PELA's including payment of debts/costs. - Need for appropriate technical and financial capacities. - Need to conduct detailed due diligence at own cost. Further information will be provided to acceptable interested parties subject to signing a confidentiality agreement. Expressions of interest close by 3 July 2015. Interested parties should submit their expressions of interest in writing to Michael Jones of Jones Partners Insolvency & Business Recovery, by 5pm on that day.
