RE:got an email from irpoorgrammar, can you please attach a link or document where it states the company has issued warrants at an execise price of 1.25 cents?? As far as I am concerned, this is blatant misrepresentaion and false. IF it is in fact true, as a shareholder, I would appreciate you sharing the source of your information. 

on a side note, I genuinely do enjoy the light humour / accuracy behind your choice of screen name.
