The next round of financing will require a roll back.  If the price remains at the current price or
below after this current financing, the company will HAVE to consolidate.   

Why arent more shareholders calling MGMT out on this board?  Defending them makes it worse
and validates their poor PUBCO strategy execution.

Are there any shareholders from the last financing that are a lil disappointed ?  From that 
placement shareholders have lost 80 percent of the their investment.   

Time for change here my friends.
