Glad you brought that forward RIVER - To my best understanding - I always thought the JV and partnered funding wss to launch pyd and then almagamate the 2014 company funders -  under one umbrella - PYD.

What you posted is good - but it doesn't nessisarily state Intrgrity was a JV - perse -with pyd -
which is what i thought you were implying ....

but i get it now -
PYD assumed Integrities current slots under exisiting JV  contracts - which in this industry - could very well be the same JV  stuff what pyd is doing already - its just the contracts are far lessor than Tonkawa -


What i'd like to know is when these leases or contracts that Integrity signed into - come due ? 
Are they long term contracts - or short term ?   I'm hoping short term.... 

If you know that info . River please do share.. .thanks big guy....
