FAS has been an example of poor decision making from MGMT. Plain and simple.
The share price is a reflection of the damage they have done.  What I have said is
not the problem.  

I am addressing the problem and have been all along with my posts.  MGMT is
making poor decisions around financings.  FACT.  

When the ROLLBACK happens it will be clear that MGMT is not doing whats best 
for shareholders.  Id like to see some disgruntled shareholders come forward and 
look to make some changes to FAS.   

Lets see if they can get this financing completed.  I have doubts they will be able to
just like when they had to adjust the price of the last financing from 16c to 10c.  

They are sluggish with their market decisions , and the market has penalized them for it.

Theres a good company here, but MGMT needs some stock strategy advisors.
