Best performing oil stock in my portfolio! TOQ! +50%

My only regret is I reduced my portfolio and holding on TOQ to move to a more leveraged stock.

Should have kept more here. Something tells me I should be rebuying and loading up more.

I'm up 50% on TOC best performer. Even better than 3X UWTI
