RE:not going to make 500k$ by end 2016 Why do you say that Avigilon will not make $500 million by the end of 2016?
For clarification, it is not $500 for the year, but rather a run rate of greater than $125 million per quarter by the end of 2016.
It seems to me that it will be attained. They currently have sales of $109.1 million for the last quarter of 2015. That is a current run rate of 109.1 x 4 = $436.5 million and 14.8% over the previous quarter. As well, $125.0 million is only 14 % above the current 109.1 million. If they can achieve a 14% increase in 1 quarter, there is a good chance they can do it in 4 quarters.
I don’t think there should be any concern about getting to the $125 run rate. What is more concerning is whether margins are being lowered to reach it.
It is time Avigilon paid more attention to the bottom line. At least their Adjusted EPS guidance is $US 0.66-0.88 (which is about $CDN 0.88 – 1.17 at current exchange rates).
