Curiouser indeed

Curiouser indeedMakes one wonder who, or if, others are being 'reimbursed' to allow Qlympus to continue  using scopes etc that they are unable to properly sterlize. If not the FDA then just who/ how have they been able to continue to sell a product that has, according to published reports, been responsible for infections resulting in death in some cases.
Gives you some idea probably why TOS/Rumble have been careful not to ruffle feathers when dealing in this area.
Just as an aside they could have offered TOS over 7/8 $Cdn a share with just what they are going to pay in fines for this issue -  and that dosen't include the legal cost that probably runs into the millions.
By the way I do realize their present issue is not directly related to the scope problems so far as we know - that in itself could be still be a costly little item.
