RE:Troubles for Olympus Just Get Curiouser and Curiouser....Great find Echo!  Wow Olympus is sure crooked.....  besides bribing doctors and hospitals and withholding grants to hospitals that refused to buy Oympus scopes, they unilaterally changed designs of their scope without FDA approval on top of it.  The legal issues are so complex no wonder Olympus is not that cooperative in providing Tos with their scopes for testing.  No wonder how Olympus got so much of the scope market share .  I am sure their washers are great for the scopes ... Wink wink..... Olympus has no credibility at all...... Time for virtuous Tos to step in ....
