They reduced the costs compared to Q3 much more than Ive expected.
In the conference call from October I heard that the reducing of expenses will impact in Q1.

So I am suprised..

If this is "not bad" can I ask what a "bad" quarter would look like?

In this "not bad" quarter the company lost 1.4 million dollars. 

1.4 is a big loss considering they only generated 1.6 million in revenue in the past TWELVE months.

For the year their general and administrative costs alone were 1.6 million... that's before you include the 5 million they are paying in employee costs.

They only had 2.1 million in the bank on October 31st. That money is probably gone (which is why they needed a loan from the lead investor).

The only thing that matters at this point, and I mean ONLY, is closing the financing.
