RE:RE:Vote???

RE:RE:Vote???I find it insane that companies like this are free to trade on a "legitimate" exchange in Canada...been following this since the discovery, not foolish enough to hold....but how is the CEO allowed to hold the original claims and agreement in his own name...then they helped run the stock to 1.50 per share, while insiders were selling but not accounting for their sales until a year or two later....then somehow they get new insiders to buy high (HBM) and then get more to prop the price up (Glen) and buy up over 30% of the company....then price collapses and they sell?  This is more than just fishy...it is deals like this that appear to be corrupt and super underhanded that are killing the global junior mineral markets, minor producers such as VMS have been soaring while this is static and at all time low prices, when they actually made a discover and developed a mine.

If I was a shareholder I'd be writing the regulators daily, I'd show up at the office demanding answers to why one of the highest grade deposits discovered in the last ten years is selling for a fraction of the pre-discovery price....what type of collusion has occurred here, why would someone you paid 500% more for his shares agree to sell at a fraction of his investment...what type of corruption and illegal activities occurred here?  Why did the CEO just quit and price plummet to all time lows and then the BOD recommend a deal...?  You shareholders should hold these folks accountable.
