RE:RE:Buying IMHO stock will move up when financing is closed.  The financing is the major thing overhanging this market.  Despite dilution, with that risk removed and at least a year's worth of funding the business can continue without this major distraction.  A lot of attention has been diverted to get this financing closed - with that removed, I think the stock will move.  I have seen Morgan Stanley accumulating and quite active so institutions won't care about the share count and just gobble it all up if there's less risk.  They don't mind the liquidity.
