Acerus has received no bids since the JPM conference, Rossi said that himself. How do you get a partner with no bids? And although they EXPECT an upfront payment, who in their right mind would pay that given actual precript. sales were $100k. Also, Midcap wants full repayment 1/2016 and cash raise is expected q4 2015....how does that work on a 9 cent stock?

Are you a little slow?  I'd use the 'R' word, but that might be insulting to some.

They have not received any bids yet, because they are not at that stage yet in the process.  Did you not listen, or did you only hear what you wanted to hear?  This is being worked though a 3rd party.  Once the bids have been collected by the close date, they will be vetted and passed on the Acerus for their consideration.

Also, the $100K was their portion of the prescription sales.  Not only does Endo pay them for product, they kick-back a small percentage of the actual sales.  Again, you either have a listening problem or a learning problem.  This has been known ever since they first announced the partnership.

We are in 2016 already, not 2015.  There may not need to be a cash raise at all, I am sure everyone else heard that too - except you apparently.  Again, you were not listening.  The cash raise (whether another loan or a PP) would only be needed as a worst case situation.

I'm not going to bother with you anymore.  Dealing with you is frustrating and annoying as you get everything wrong, then spout out some negative cr@p about it.
