RE:RE:Explanations required8 millions shares of LIX is about 6-7 mllions for 50% of the project.
LIX can buy another 30% ownership for 5 millions and they have to invest 3 millions in the project.
And some months ago Rodinia's shareholders got 5 mllions for the whole project + 2% NSR and aberdeen can by half of the NSR for 1 million.
Why this deal was not doable directly from Rodinia? Why are we stuck with an halted company with 5 millions minus liabilities with no idea about our future.
I don't know if Clayton Valley's claims LIX is holding are the same Rodinia used to own but is that a sad story or not?
On top of that "our" CEO moved along on the LIX payroll. And the ex-CEO David Stein is the one selling the project to LIX.
I had in the back of my mind the hope that Rodinia would get involved with LIX I don't know how when Randall joined LIX but I never would have imagine this latest development.
