That is one of the dumbest posts of information of all time.
Firstoff, all TSE companiesh have to post their auditied financials within 90 day of year end so plus or minus on March 31, 2016 or they will be halted period. It makes no differenc whether they are attempting to do a corporate transaction or not. LRE is a publically traded company up until it disappears so has to act accordingly.
Secondly, why in god's heaven name would Sino, a very private company, want to announce Long Run's result after they have concluded the transaction!!!!!!!!!! This is beyond laughable.
Not sure who you got your information from but I can absolutely assure you your information is a complete joke.
Last week you did not know who First Energy and this week you say this.
