Two Pieces of News on SDZ

There are two recent updates for SDZ

The first piece of news is from March 3rd, it is that SDZ has entered terms to aquire a less-lethal company for about $4 million dollars.

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated March 1, 2016, trading in the shares of Security Devices International Inc. will remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the fundamental acquisition.
