RE:Colombian minister of mines meeting

RE:Colombian minister of mines meeting Thanks Forecast/12

There will no doubt be lots of questions, I would expect not a lot of answers.

The critical issues beg the following questions.

1. What is the impact of the Court ruling on PINES? Is the "fastrack" still intact? Or will the requirement for consultation derail it.

2. Is the Government considering raising the Paramo elevation to a level more in line with neighbouring countries to about 3400-3500 meters? Or, at least to the elevation recommended by Humbholt.

3. What is the Government's intention regarding amalgamation of Santurban mining claims? Does the Government support amalgamation of EOM and Minesa?

4. The Minister should be asked straight up, EOM has been a good corporate citizen and employer in Colombia for almost 20 years. During that time innumerable roadblocks confiscation of lands begs the question as to whether the Government ever wants EOM as an operational mine.

if you get an answer to even one of these questions I will be impressed. If the meeting is non attribution (off the record), he may be more forthcoming but he will have reasons for not answering a lot of questions.
