RE:RE:RE:RE:Amerisur announcement

RE:RE:RE:RE:Amerisur announcementyes i joined to reply. I am usually only an observer. Allow me to explain WaitingStill. 1. Only what Amerisur is giving to PDQ will it be divided among all shareholders and nothing else. They were given a large portion of cash and some shares of AMER. 2. Those shares only relate to about 20% in relation to the stock you own. The other major portion represents cash. Therefore according to management it will be about 80-20 portion in relation to cash and stock. 3. The cash portion of 12.1 million relates according to management approximately .235 cents US per share in relation to the total amount of outstanding shares. They estimate .40 cents because back in January the US to CAD currency was really high. 4. The dividend of AMER in relation according to management is appproximately .10cents a share. So you can do the math or you can simpy follow your own logic and be WaitingStill. It is mostly cash you are getting back and only 10% will be about AMER shares in dividend. Then PDQ will be work about a cent or two. I am long time holder of PDQ and they have been nothing less than pathetic.
