The Company covers over 75,000 gross (45,000 net) acres in Kaybob.

So if I'm understanding your posts you believe that we will recieve
1) Shares of AMER if they figure out a way with the LSE to do it, otherwise they will try and sell the shares and we'll get the cash from that sale
2) We'll also get most of the cash that PDQ has currently. You believe it's about US$12 million vs Rock who believes it is about US$18 million.

3) This is all subject to them removing all liabilties, but from what I understand all those have now been removed. Are you aware of any that aren't? If so which ones?
