PHM=EASY MONEY

I just increased my position on this one... PHM has way too much going for it for it to go anywhere but up up up!!! This should make me enough to put a nice down payment on some wheels I've been looking at, wouldn't be surprised if it even buys me one in the next few weeks... Love that there's a stock like this that allows me to invest in the huge aging baby boomer population. It's EASY MONEY!
