RE:P2 Trial
RE:P2 Trial
The results are great. The group consisting of protocol (PP) users all showed significant primary endpoint (decreased POM [Pain on movement])!! Only when you add the lazy participants who did not follow the required dosage do you see the non-significance....OBVIOUSLY! If you don't take the treatment you won't get the result. 8/9 secondary endpoints (tenderness, ankle function, ankle swelling on days 3, 5, 8) were met as well. Only day 5 of ankle function did not meet. All of the secondary endpoints used the full analysis set (FAS) and did not need to filter down to PP. The only question is if filtering to PP would the result look better, I would hope so. Very importantly, the OABS (Overall Assessment of Benefit and Satisfaction) was a resoundingly significant result (P=0.0001 for satisfaction, P<0.0001 for benefit). great results. cheers, schaff for="" benefit).="" great="" results.="" cheers,="">0.0001 for benefit). great results. cheers, schaff>
