I love the approach that management has implemented.

• Hoarding cash, and avoiding debt issues that pretty well every other peer is facing.  Staying out of trouble and shouldn't touch the credit line for the rest of 2016.
• I like that they will spend on low hanging fruit with netbacks which support quick access to grow when the commodity prices recover. 
• I appreciate that they are no longer looking for aquisition opportunities, and there are plenty of them.....which demonstrates the vision to hang onto cash and growing organically. They have the assets and are willing to focus on current assets rather than integration of a poorly managed peer.
• Exit 2016 production looks strong.

This downturn may be far from over and these guys are doing it right.....

I am not certain what percentage of the company is owned by insiders but they operate like they own most of it.
