RE:House positions following 'Black Wednesday'

RE:House positions following 'Black Wednesday'We read on this board that on October 29, Haywood issued a "buy" with a revised target of $4.40.   We see from the stats that from that date thru February, Haywood was net -369.3 shares.  I also note that the analyst's former brokerage (PI) was also shedding over 300k shares, net.

On Feb 19, Haywood re-issued its buy rec at $4.40.   We note from the stats that from February onwards and to this day, that Haywood bought 0 (zero) shares.

Without getting into nefarious accusations in any way, this looks curious to me.

Anyone have some insight into possibilities that they can contribute to our understanding of how the market works?
