I too expect that this rotten deal will go through. However, given the history of MMT and it's previous (at least 4 that I know of) attempts to sell, I will not be counting any chickens until the cash is actually in my hand. There are a lot of people (including Morgan Stanley) who have been burned by MMT's deals in the past so I can fully understand why the market has not closed the gap between the spot price and the closing price.
