How to make $15 million...

How to make $15 million...start with $44 - 46 million, pay out executive compensation, pay out legal/advisor fees, then put $35 million into a start-up microbiotech company with questionable products and voila - $15 million! That is with about 1% of the shareholders having sold out so far.

I figure that I will be lucky to get my shares before this sucker is under a buck.

I want to personally thank some pretty short-sighted if not stupid shareholders for this farce who were under the mistaken belief that they would be able to exit with their share of the $35 million - selling at $3.00/share.  You know who you are and you know that if you voted No this maddness would not have happened.

Maybe things are not all that bad? Are you kidding me? There are no buyers but the foolish and too few of those. Maybe the vulture funds will save us and make an offer for this pile of sh*t.
