RE:No Money - No Funny.....No way, I hope the sale goes through.  If it's announced that the funds don't get deposited, this will tank in my opinion.  big sell off..

Maybe the funds don't get deposited, Mart gets the breakup fee and the stock catches up to the market oil prices!!!

After 3 tries and no money deposited Mart would have to be stupid to come up with a fourth amending agreement!!!!

In todays oil market , Mart shares would have been worth a lot more than 25 cents!!!
