RE:Huh?there are some questionable management items, but also the fall of the oil prices that hurt this company. if you recall, this was once a dividend paying stock, which (at the time wasn`t risky) bought into a 10% stake for over $100mil. it`s a shame indeed, but fingers can be pointed more at the shorters that dropped the stock price as it did.
however, there should have been more security in place for the deals, moreso the second deal this summer for 45c, where there was no reprocussions for pulling out of the deal.
if only i bought back in at 3.5c, but losing $40k makes a person sketchy on buying back in
