if you don't understand what i wrote, then leave us here alone,

it's all about the shareholder value and what the current management did wrong,
i don't care about market cyclics as a longterm shareholder, i care about the intrinsic value of a company. and the current management destroyed all intrinsic value that would lead to shareholder value.
