Without getting into nefarious accusations in any way, this looks curious to me.
Anyone have some insight into possibilities that they can contribute to our understanding of how the market works?
Looks pretty simple to me. Either
1) Beacon is really, really positive on Espial's outlook, or
2) Beacon is Espial's market maker and is simply carrying out the responsibilities that that entails.
