For even more color, when you look at the above corporate Wiki that RS has pointed out - you got to see the registered agent that appears to act for Lucatch's - Joseph Emas, attorney.

Google him in Fla - not sure his current status but he was banned from practicing by the SEC over a World Health stock back in 2010.
